My new album “Threads” is now available on my website www.johngerard.com !  Soon to be released on Spotify and Soudcloud.  This album is a culmination of songs with a theme of family and coming of age.  While my own upbringing was certainly incorporated, my time in the world of recovery exposed me to stories of those who have overcome the challenges of growing up and the healing power of family ties.  Have a listen and tell me what you think!!

Any day now I am releasing my new album “Threads”!  I am very excited to share this album!  I's more of a compilation…. It will include all 3 singles, some tracks from the other albums and a couple of new tracks.  It is a very personal album; with interweaves of my family upbringing, insights gained and lost moments.

I am very excited about the prospect of this new endeavor and hope for a great outcome.

They will be shopping my music to magazines, newspapers, and radio stations across North America.

I am very excited to be expanding my audience and building my fan base!

Hey Everybody!  Folk Alliance International in New Orleans was great!  I met alot of great people and made new connections!   Incidentally, the airport food in New Orleans is quite good; especially when stuck there for 14 hours watching flight cancellation after cancellation due to the recent snow storm!

Hey Everybody!  My NERFA experience was so phenomenal with creative growth and networking that I left there with intention to make it to the Folk Alliance International event in New Orleans!  I'm super excited to make my way south on January 21st and be a part of this amazing network of musicians!  I have booked a couple of showcases where I will share my new singles; will continue to practice my networking skills (work in progress!) and enjoy greasing the creative wheels during workshops!  Thanks to all who support my music and believe in possibilities.
